What a refreshing find!! LCS did an amazing job on our floors. Leon and his team were professional, on time, clean, organized, respectful or our home, honest, and delightful to work with. We used LCS 10 years ago to refinish our floors when we moved into our home and used them again recently. They are a solid company. LCS was very professional and did a great job polishing and restoring our authentic terrazzo floors. I appreciated that Leon and his employees were polite and not intrusive when they came in. I called several companies to give me quotes to refurbish the terrazzo floors in my home one of them was LCS.

LCS gave me the best quote and was very flexible, the other companies wanted to do the entire house at one time, I would have had to move out of my house. LCS did one or two rooms at a time. LCS was willing to work with me when the other companies would not. If you have terrazzo floors that are being hidden by carpet do yourself a favor and call LCS they will make your dreams come true. Refinishing the floors was one of the best investment/improvement I have ever done to my house. I have recommended LCS to several people all were very satisfied with their results. LCS is a customer oriented company run by customer oriented people. Thank you LCS.

LCS restored our Terrazzo floors in 2005 after we purchased/remodeled our home and discovered the terrazzo floors under the carpet. A friend recommended LCS and they did a terrific job of restoring and polishing the floors which looked like granite! Everyone who sees the floors are impressed and my next door neighbor did the same to her home with LCS. Recently in 2011 we put in a new kitchen and LCS again did a great job restoring new areas of floor under the old cabinets/appliances. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and people of LCS. LCS restored our terrazzo and we love it! It went from dull and dingy looking to shiny and sleek. It is amazing to see the light reflect off the shine, it gives the house a whole new look. Everyone that has come to our home since LCS was here has immediately noticed and commented on how great it looks. LCS was friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!!

I recently had LCS restore the terrazzo floors in the kitchen and bathrooms of my 1971 home. The bathrooms were small and the kitchen had old, ugly linoleum covering. Lisa, from LCS came in and gave me a free estimate for this small, but difficult job, The price was very reasonable. I was actually surprised that they took the job. Two other companies, which gave me a quote wouldn’t even take the job because they had a minimum price and the job wasn’t big enough to meet the minimum.Lisa had explained that there was always a risk associated with tearing up existing coverings, not certain of what would be found underneath. In the end, Leon and his assistant arrived on time, were professional and fun. Leon scrapped up the kitchen linoleum with amazing muscle. The kitchen floor had some staining and small cracks, which didn’t completely disappear, but they did a great job, given the size of the job and difficulty. In the end, I am very happy with the finished floors!

From the initial contact experience by phone with Lisa to the end polishing results, EVEYONE at L.C.S., Inc. went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and support. We are extremely pleased with the Terrazzo restoration and the polishing end results. My son’s home was built in the 60’s and the Terrazzo floors were previously covered with carpet and were in poor shape. We had no idea how the cleaning, restoration and polishing process would turn out but the Terrazzo is absolutely beautiful! I am the proud owner of a 1967 home with well used terrazzo floors. Thanks to LCS, my floors look brand new! No tile to break, no grout to stain or repair….easy to maintain! I hired L.C.S. to refinish my terrazzo floors in March 2011. I bought a home that was built in 1954 and the terrazzo floors were faded and yellow. Leon restored my floors to look brand new again. When I have guests over to the home, the first thing they say is “Wow!” My floors look and feel like marble. What was once an eyesore is now a show piece. I also had the carpet removed from the master bedroom and LCS was able to fill, patch, and reseal the 1-inch holes that were left behind by the nails that held the carpet in place. I had contemplated recarpeting, but it was a much better decision to repair the cracks and holes. It looks great. I am very satisfied with L.C.S. If you need your terrazzo floors restored in the Tampa Bay area, you will be satisfied with Leon and LCS.

terrazzo that hadn’t seen the light of day in 30+ years. The provided a free estimate and explained what I could expect during the process. I will definitely work with them in again in the future as maintenance needs arise, but I don’t expect any for a long time. My travertine is beautiful! We installed travertine floors in our new home but were unhappy with how dull it looked. I thought it looked dirty all the time. Once L.C.S. finished polishing, it looked like an entirely different floor! We have had so many compliments on our beautiful flooring-it’s the first thing noticed as people enter our new home. Miracle on travertine floors I did a floor replace with travertine tiles but i end up having a haze nightmare since the finishing sealant end up mixing with the haze dust from the travertine. I called L.C.S. and with their extraordinary expertise in high end tiles they removed the bad sealant, without harming travertine, and installed the proper sealant with a floor polishing that makes me feel I am walking to the bank, thank you L.C.S.

Travertine Polishing We recently had our Travertine polished by L.C.S. and they did a wonderful job. It was a night and day difference. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND L.C.S. to anyone who is considering having this type of work done. It was very affordable and well worth the investment.

Marble refinishing and sealing LCS is the only marble care company I would consider using in my home. I believe I got a great price and floors came out looking great. They patched some pretty big holes and matched up the colors well.

Went very smoothly. I’ve used LCS before and was pleased with their work both times. They were prompt, professional and did a great job.

They arrived promptly – very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Moved our furniture with care – everything was put back in the right place. It took a day and a half to complete my floors. They look wonderful. I was thrilled with the work and the staff.

LCS came to my residence and removed my existing ceramic tile and carpeting that had been installed on top of terrazzo and disposed of these materials They then patch pre-existing holes in the terrazzo flooring before polishing the floor to a beautiful shine. You could never guess that the terrazzo had been covered by other materials for the past 30+ years. My overall experience with LCS was great. It all started when Leon on Lisa showed up to provide me with a free estimate. They were up front and explained everything I could expect from the restoration process. They provided a range in price explaining that a firm price could not be determined until the existing materials were removed and the amount of patching could be determined. Leon and his crew showed up in the morning and had all of my existing carpet and tile removed that same day. They showed me everything that was uncovered and were very honest regarding what I could expect from the final product. The entire process took almost two weeks, and I could not be happier with how the floors turned out. LCS was a fantastic company to work with from start to finish.

They removed carpet over my terrazzo and restored my terrazzo. The work has received many compliments. I am very pleased and I would recommend them to my friends.
